Bu Kullanım Şartları, ReChess uygulamasını (bundan sonra "Uygulama" veya "ReChess") kullanımınıza ilişkin kuralları tanımlar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu şartları kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız.
Kayıt sırasında seçtiğiniz kullanıcı adı kalıcıdır ve değiştirilemez. Seçtiğiniz isim:
Bu kurallara uymayan kullanıcı adları uyarı verilmeden değiştirilebilir veya hesap askıya alınabilir.
ReChess'i kullanırken aşağıdaki davranışlar yasaktır:
Yukarıdaki kuralların ihlali durumunda, uyarı vermeksizin hesabınızı askıya alma, rating'inizi sıfırlama veya kalıcı olarak kapatma hakkını saklı tutarız. Şiddetli ihlallerde ek hesap oluşturma denemeleri de engellenir.
Hesabınız haksız yere askıya alındığını düşünüyorsanız destek@rechess.gg adresine itiraz edebilirsiniz.
ReChess — uygulama, kaynak kodu, mekanik tasarım (özellikle olasılık tabanlı satranç sistemi), görsel tasarım, metinler, logolar ve markası dahil olmak üzere — Hazar Seyfi Enes'in fikri mülkiyetidir ve 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu ve ilgili uluslararası düzenlemeler ile korunmaktadır.
Yazılı izin olmaksızın aşağıdakiler yasaktır:
Kullanıcılar, kendi profil fotoğraflarını ve hamle kayıtlarını bize yükledikleri ölçüde, bunları Uygulama içinde ve Uygulamayı tanıtmak amacıyla kullanma hakkı verirler. Profil fotoğrafınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
Şu anda ReChess ücretsizdir. İleride Premium üyelik, kozmetik içerik veya turnuva katılım ücreti gibi satın alınabilir özellikler eklenebilir. Satın alınan içerikler:
Oyunlarınız, rating'iniz ve profil verileriniz sunucularımızda makul bir şekilde yedeklenir. Ancak:
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" (as-is) sunulmaktadır. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde:
Bize önerilerinizi, fikirlerinizi veya geri bildirimlerinizi iletirseniz, bu içeriği Uygulamayı geliştirmek için serbestçe kullanma hakkımız olduğunu kabul etmiş olursunuz. Karşılığında ödeme veya kredi talep edemezsiniz.
Bu şartları gerektiğinde güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler hesap e-postanıza bildirilecektir. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Bu şartlarla ilgili herhangi bir uyuşmazlık halinde İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the ReChess application (hereafter "the App" or "ReChess"). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the App.
The username you choose during registration is permanent and cannot be changed. Your chosen name:
Usernames that violate these rules may be changed without notice, or the account may be suspended.
The following behaviors are prohibited when using ReChess:
In case of a violation of the above rules, we reserve the right to suspend your account, reset your rating, or permanently terminate it without notice. For severe violations, additional account creation attempts will also be blocked.
If you believe your account was suspended unfairly, you may appeal by emailing destek@rechess.gg.
ReChess — including the application, source code, mechanical design (specifically the probabilistic chess system), visual design, texts, logos, and brand — is the intellectual property of Hazar Seyfi Enes and is protected under Turkey's Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related international regulations.
Without written permission, the following are prohibited:
To the extent users upload their own profile pictures and move records to us, they grant us the right to use these within the App and for promoting the App. You may delete your profile picture at any time.
ReChess is currently free. In the future, purchasable features such as Premium memberships, cosmetic content, or tournament entry fees may be added. Purchased content:
Your games, rating, and profile data are backed up reasonably on our servers. However:
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you agree that we have the right to use this content freely to improve the App. You may not demand payment or credit in return.
We may update these terms as needed. Significant changes will be notified to your account email. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any disputes related to these terms, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
